JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst BSA with 5 plus years of experience in Banking and Web Application projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements while ensuring successful delivery of digital banking and web-based solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Gather analyze and document business functional and system requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders product owners and development teams to define project scope and objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents FRDs Business Requirement Documents BRDs and user stories. Conduct requirement workshops stakeholder interviews and gap analysis sessions. Support digital banking online banking customer onboarding payments lending and other banking initiatives. Collaborate with UI UX development QA and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle. Create process flows use cases wireframes and workflow diagrams. Assist in system integration API requirements gathering and data mapping activities. Participate in User Acceptance Testing UAT test case reviews and defect triage. Ensure solutions align with business goals compliance requirements and banking regulations. Support change management and production rollout activities.
