Job Summary
Revalsys Technologies is looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Executive – Software Solutions to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting field sales activities, and closing software solution sales.
This is a field-based sales role that requires frequent client visits, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Development
- Develop and grow business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and target markets for software solutions.
- Create and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Expand market presence through direct customer engagement and networking.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Field Sales & Customer Engagement
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and business presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
End-to-End Sales Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Follow up on opportunities and ensure timely deal closures.
Account Management & Growth
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in Field Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Solutions Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Strong experience in territory management and customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, ATS, CRM, ERP, SaaS, Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud Solutions, or Enterprise Software.
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generated within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
