Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and resolve any support-related issues.
- Product Explanation: Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential and existing clients.
- Inbound/Outbound Support: Manage daily calling activities to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the existing team to streamline daily operational activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 25 to 30 years old.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in customer support, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
- Communication: Strong English and Tamil verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi is a distinct advantage.
- Location: Candidates must be based in or around Madurai for daily in-office coordination.
