Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all swimming pool activities to ensure a safe environment.
- Enforce pool rules, safety regulations, and school policies.
- Identify and prevent potentially hazardous situations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid incidents.
- Administer CPR, first aid, and emergency care as required.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities, equipment, and safety devices.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the pool area.
- Assist swimming instructors during lessons and aquatic programs when needed.
- Keep accurate records of incidents, accidents, and maintenance concerns.
- Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or policy violations to management.
- Participate in emergency drills, training sessions, and staff meetings.
- Ensure rescue and first aid equipment is readily available and in good condition.
QualificationsRequired
- Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Strong swimming and water rescue skills.
- Knowledge of aquatic safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
Pay: ₹20,044.15 - ₹28,302.80 per month
