Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years’ post-qualification (Post CA Completion)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Statutory Audits of Listed Companies and large corporates.
- Work on IPO Advisory, due diligence and financial reporting assignments.
- Review and resolve complex Ind AS and accounting matters.
- Plan, execute, review and complete audit assignments.
- Manage and mentor team members and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with CFOs, senior management, auditors, legal advisors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS, Standards on Auditing and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates from CA firms / Big 4 / mid-sized firms with relevant Listed Audit or IPO exposure preferred.
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in Listed Company Statutory Audit and/or IPO Advisory is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of audit methodology and documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Should be proactive, commercially oriented and capable of taking ownership of assignments.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
