Job Summary
Cretebots is looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, handling inquiries, conducting meetings, and building strong customer relationships to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend client meetings (online and offline).
- Present the company's products and services to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Relations, or Client Handling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with professional presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and follow-ups independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is an advantage.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
