Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Success Manager for our client who excels at building relationships with senior professionals and delivering exceptional member experiences.
This is a high-touch relationship management role, focused on engagement, retention, and community building—not a sales or event execution role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with entrepreneurs, CXOs, and business leaders
- Understand client goals and provide meaningful connections within the network
2. Client Engagement & Success
- Drive active participation and engagement within the member community
- Ensure a high-quality experience across all interactions
3. Retention & Account Growth
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Drive renewals and long-term member retention
4. Community & Experience Management
- Facilitate structured meetings and discussions
- Bring in relevant speakers and value-added experiences
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership teams to maintain community standards and outcomes
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Client Success / Key Account Management / Relationship Management / Community Management
- Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CXO-level clients)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- High ownership with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or relevant degree preferred
