Position: 3D Visualizer (exp : 1-2 years)
Location: 7th Floor, Astra Tower, Shirur Park Phase 2, Vidynagar, Hubli, Karnataka
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and photorealistic renderings from CAD drawings, sketches, or architectural blueprints.
- Animation & Walkthroughs: Produce architectural walkthroughs, fly-through animations, and interactive virtual/VR experiences for project presentations.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and product teams to interpret design intent and refine visual concepts.
- Post-Production: Perform image retouching, color correction, and compositing using industry-standard photo editing software to achieve desired moods and aesthetics.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent visual language, precision, and high-fidelity output across all presentation assets, marketing collateral, and investor reviews.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest CGI, rendering engines, and technological advancements to maintain industry-leading standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Technical Software: Proficiency in standard software ecosystems such as 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion.
- Post-Production Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
- Aesthetic Sense: A keen eye for detail, composition, color theory, lighting, and spatial arrangement.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, time-management, and the ability to multitask in order to meet stringent client deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
