Job purpose
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee the finance and accounting functions of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, cost accounting, inventory management, statutory compliance, and manufacturing finance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances.
- Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor product costing, cost analysis, and variance reporting.
- Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and fixed asset accounting.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, accounting standards, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes across manufacturing operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong understanding of plant accounting, costing, inventory controls, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
