About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Executive to provide first-level technical and functional support across our software products. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring quick issue resolution, seamless communication, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application, software, and basic hardware issues
- Log, track, and update all incidents in the ticketing system with proper documentation
- Prioritize issues based on severity and business impact
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Communicate downtime, incidents, and resolutions clearly to users and management
- Ensure timely closure of tickets with high-quality support
- Maintain strong ownership of user issues until resolution
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Application/Technical Support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (basic queries, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with web technologies such as IIS, Web Services, and ASP
- Understanding of ticketing tools and incident management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
