Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, monitoring, and scaling digital advertising campaigns, implementing UTM tracking, analysing performance through Google Analytics, and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy development.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, and KPIs to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Implement and manage UTM parameters for accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
- Set up, monitor, and analyse data using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and ad copies.
- Track conversions, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop effective advertising creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing UTM tracking parameters.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
- Experience in campaign optimization, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present campaign insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
