About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Intern to help drive growth for Careervira’s LXP platform. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in SaaS sales, enterprise selling, and partnerships.
You will work closely with the sales and leadership team to generate leads, engage prospects, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients (HR, L&D, Talent leaders)
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling
- Set up meetings and product demos with decision-makers
- Support the sales team in pitching Careervira’s LXP solution
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and deal information
- Assist in proposal creation and follow-ups
- Track sales metrics and report weekly performance
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, startups, or SaaS products
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of business or marketing is a plus
