Position Title: Application Support Executive
· KARCO was started with the aim of bringing a paradigm shift in the way the marine industry trains its crew. Industry first - KARCO 3D animated safety videos were the first step in this direction. Followed by computer-based training platforms, innovative Trace LMS, dynamic competency assessment tool Dynamical & much more. KARCO is catering to many Shipping companies worldwide in their crew training and competency assessment needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Good knowledge of MS SQL for database analysis and reporting MIS.
· Good knowledge of web server (installation, configuration, basic administration)
· Coordinating with the Software Development Team for resolving client problems.
· Basic knowledge of TeamViewer, Any desk etc
· Obtain a clear understanding of the problem being reported and request appropriate supporting information to continue investigation.
· Acknowledge customer requests and handle them expeditiously and professionally. Proactively communicate and accurately set customer expectations.
· Accept incoming support requests through phone and email channels.
Monitoring the KARCO training on board vessels and implementing the compliance of Karco software services.
· Assisting in Marine training programs for support to global customers.
· Provide guidelines to onboard crew regarding how to perform and carryout training in karco Learning Management System.
· Answering queries of customers related to marine domain in karco Learning Management System.
· Require assisting Support Team in interpreting the domain related terms.
· Proficiency in English communication is a must.

Experience in customer support / customer care / any SaaS or application base product can apply
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or similar technical discipline; or, equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in support of both desktop and web based DotNet applications with SQL Server Database.
- Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
- Basic Experience with ASP.Net MVC 5, C#, ASP.Net, .Net Framework 3.5 and above.
- Experience in MS SQL Server Database environment – SQL Server
- Experience in deploying .Net applications on Web servers(IIS).
- Experience with MS Windows Operating System.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
