Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our jewelry showroom in Salem.
Only candidates with previous experience as a Store Manager in a jewelry showroom will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth business activities.
- Lead and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Oversee inventory management, stock verification, and product movement.
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a jewelry showroom is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of jewelry retail operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing software.
Salary
- Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
