Our dynamic team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized products to customers worldwide. As we scale, we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Community Specialist to cultivate strong relationships within our merchant network.
What you'll do:
Build and nurture relationships with our merchant community
Drive organic reviews by helping them
Monitor and respond to brand mentions online
Collect merchant success stories and hand off to content team
Spot patterns in feedback, flag to support and product teams
Track press mentions and identify PR opportunities
This is not a social media posting role. You'll be talking to real sellers, building real relationships.
You're a fit if:
1–2 years in community, CRM, customer success, or seller support
Warm, natural written communication - English + Tamil/Hindi preferred
Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline
Genuinely curious about ecommerce and D2C brands
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
