The candidate should have three years of overall experience and the following qualities.
1. Should have Experience in Payroll/Attendance.
2. Should have recruiting experience.
3. Should have experience in Statutory Compliance.
4. Should be able to draft letters, circulars, offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
5. Should have experience handling employee grievances or complaints.
6. Should know joining and exiting formalities.
7. Maintain employee files and HR records.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
