Role Summary:
The Jr. Accounts Executive role at TIGC in the Finance department involves managing day-to-day accounting activities including invoice processing, payment coordination, account reconciliation, and support during audits to ensure smooth financial operations.We are looking for a passionate and agile Jr. Accounts Executive to join the TIGC team. This role will be responsible for driving Accounts Payable and contributing to TIGC’s mission of fast, functional, and fashion-forward apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Record and track day-to-day accounting, internal audit and payments.
· Process vendor and transporter invoices, as well as supplier payments.
· Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and schedules.
· Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, vendor accounts, and intercompany balances.
· Ensure proper documentation and systematic filing of invoices, vouchers, and agreements.
· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for bill verification and approvals.
· Support the finance team during audits by preparing schedules and providing data.
- Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by the senior team.
KPI (Metrics to evaluate):
- Accuracy of Accounting Entries – transactions recorded without errors or revisions.
- Invoice Processing Turnaround Time – Average time taken to process vendor/transporter invoices from receipt to posting.
- Timeliness of Payments – supplier and transporter payments made within the due date.
- Bank and Account Reconciliation Timeliness – reconciliations completed as per monthly closing schedule.
- Audit Readiness & Compliance – Number of audit queries or observations raised vs. resolved within timelines.
- Documentation Accuracy – invoices/vouchers filed with complete supporting documentation.
- MIS Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness – Adherence to monthly MIS reporting timelines and data accuracy.
- Coordination Efficiency – Responsiveness in resolving internal/external queries related to accounts.
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
· 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers may also apply).
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, and GST.
· Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP) will be an advantage.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
