Job Summary
We are hiring a Sr. Executive – Claim Investigation for one of our reputed clients in the insurance/claims domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in fraud risk control, claim investigations, and coordination with field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct claim investigations and fraud risk assessments.
- Coordinate with field staff and insurance companies/clients for investigation activities.
- Supervise and manage investigation processes.
- Prepare investigation reports and ensure timely claim closure.
- Handle claim-related documentation and case allocation efficiently.
- Ensure closure of various claim categories within defined timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharma, D.Pharm, M.Sc./B.Sc. (Bio), or related streams, LL.B preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years in:
1. Fraud Risk Control Division of an insurance company, or
2. Claim investigation agency
