Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect garments during and after production to ensure quality standards are met.
- Check stitching, measurements, fabric quality, printing, embroidery, labeling, and overall finishing.
- Identify defects such as stains, loose threads, holes, incorrect stitching, color variations, or size issues.
- Approve or reject products based on quality parameters.
- Maintain daily quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure products are packed according to company standards.
- Suggest improvements to minimize defects and improve production quality.
- Conduct random quality audits on incoming and outgoing products.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Checker in the garment/apparel industry.
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, measurements, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in activewear or sportswear will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
