Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Answer inbound calls and provide information about offerings.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in ERP systems.
- Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer responses.
- Handle objections and complaints professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word etc.)
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Time management and organizational skills.
Experience required
- 1+ Years sales experience in customer relations
- Freshers also can apply.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
