Germanten Hospital is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Derma Therapist & Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise in dermatological treatments with strong counselling skills to guide patients through their skincare journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced skin and laser treatments under medical supervision
- Assess patient skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Educate and counsel patients on procedures, post-treatment care, and expected outcomes
- Coordinate with dermatologists and clinical teams for seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certification in Dermatology, Cosmetology, or related field
- Prior experience in skin/laser clinics or hospitals preferred
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
