We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented accountant to join our team in taxation, bookkeeping, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily reports, monthly reconciliations and complying with all regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
Experience: Proven working experience in same domain; minimum of 3 years is desired.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex details to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership capabilities for overseeing teams and mentoring junior staff.
