UST Job Description - Application Support (Offshore Support Analyst)
Role SummaryThe Offshore Support Analyst will handle day-to-day application support activities, monitor systems, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 application support
Monitor applications and system performance
Log and resolve incidents using ticketing tools
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Support batch processing and data validation
Participate in incident calls
Maintain SOPs and documentation
Ensure SLA adherence
Required Skills & Experience
3-7 years in Application/Production Support
Strong SQL knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy
Knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows
Understanding of incident management
Good communication skills
