Job Overview
We are a growing self-drive car rental business based in Bangalore, and we are looking for a dynamic, numbers-driven, and highly organized Franchise Support Executive.
In this role, you will be performing end-to-end tasks of our franchise ecosystem. Your mission is twofold: scale our footprint by identifying and closing new franchise partners, and seamlessly manage their onboarding, daily operations, financial reporting, and relationship health. You will act as the vital bridge between our franchise partners (Franchisees) and our brand (Franchisor).
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Acquisition & Sales (Growth)
- Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and map potential franchise partners across target zones in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andra Pradesh & Telangana.
- Inside Sales & Conversion: Initiate cold calls, follow up on inbound inquiries, present our business model, and pitch the financial viability of our franchise program to close deals.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms, address prospect queries, and convert high-potential leads into signed franchise partners.
2. Onboarding & Setup Support
- Franchise Launch: Guide new partners through the complete setup phase, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, layout requirements, and initial fleet placement.
- Process Documentation: Assist partners in gathering necessary legal documents, business licenses, and completing compliance checks.
3. Financial Reporting & Analytics
- Revenue Monitoring: Compile and analyse weekly/monthly vehicle revenue reports for each franchise location.
- Sales Dashboards: Prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports highlighting performance metrics, utilization rates, and growth trends.
- Payout Management: Calculate monthly franchise payouts and ensure reports are generated accurately within the Turnaround Time (TAT) promised to partners.
4. Relationship Management & Operations
- The Bridge: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact between the franchisor corporate team and the franchise owners.
- Collections & Follow-ups: Rigorously follow up on transactional reconciliations, pending fees, invoice clearances, and monthly payments.
- Issue Resolution: Mediate and resolve operational, technical, or customer-service bottlenecks faced by the franchise outlets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year of proven experience in Franchise Management, Business Development, Partner Success, or Operations (experience in Car Rentals, Logistics, Mobility, or Retail is a huge plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (you must be comfortable dealing with complex revenue splitting, calculations, and financial reports).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Kannada and Tamil is highly preferred to build rapport with local partners.
- Traits: High ownership mentality, negotiation skills, strict adherence to deadlines (TAT), and the ability to multitask between sales and operational finance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
