We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
- Help organize employee engagement programs and company events
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management tasks as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment
