We are looking for a *passionate and highly creative Senior Interior Designer* with a strong eye for aesthetics, exceptional design sensibility, and the ability to transform ideas into inspiring spaces. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading projects from concept to execution while managing clients, mentoring junior designers, and delivering outstanding design solutions.

## Key Responsibilities
• Develop innovative and aesthetically strong design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead projects from concept design through execution and final handover.
• Create mood boards, space planning, furniture layouts, material palettes, and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and furniture details using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct client meetings, understand design requirements, and present creative solutions confidently.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained on-site.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and luxury interiors.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining the highest design standards.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
• *5+ years of experience* in Residential and Commercial Interior Design.
• Strong design aesthetics with an excellent understanding of luxury interiors.
• Exceptional space planning and conceptual design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in *AutoCAD*.
• Good knowledge of furniture detailing and construction drawings.
• Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a design team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
## Preferred Software Skills
• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• SketchUp
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop
