We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the commercial and residential interiors/turnkey fit-out industry to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be capable of independently identifying and converting leads, and preferably possess an existing network of architects, interior designers, builders, developers, corporate clients, and other industry contacts. Responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, business development, preparing and following up on proposals, coordinating with internal teams, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. Candidates with prior experience in interior contracting, construction, or building materials sales and a proven track record of business generation will be given preference. Attractive salary and performance-based incentives will be offered to the right candidate.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
