Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Web Consultants to join our growing international sales team. The role involves interacting with overseas clients, understanding their business requirements, and offering website development, design, SEO, and digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with international clients through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website and digital solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Present company services including website design, development, SEO, branding, and digital marketing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital solutions, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Website Sales / Web Process Sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of websites, SEO, digital marketing, and online business solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fixed night shift (US Process).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
