Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Executive (Field Sales). The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, generating leads, acquiring new customers, and promoting company products/services to achieve sales targets.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, traveling locally, and working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers and clients in assigned territories
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain product/service offerings and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic client queries
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate from a recognized university
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a field sales role
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
