Role: Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates and support tendering for interior fit-out projects.
Location: Mumbai HQ (Pan-India execution).
Reporting To: Estimation Manager / Project Director
Key Responsibilities
- BOQ Preparation: Develop detailed Bill of Quantities for electrical works (lighting, wiring, panels, cabling, earthing, etc.).
- Cost Estimation: Analyze drawings/specifications, prepare itemized cost breakdowns, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Vendor Coordination: Source quotations for electrical materials and services, validate compliance with standards.
- Tender Documentation: Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions with GST compliance.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety norms, and project specifications.
- Timeline Planning: Align procurement schedules with project execution timelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in electrical estimation (fit-outs, contracting, or construction).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fixtures, cabling, and load calculations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
