Position: Legal Officer
Department: Legal
Industry Preference: NBFC / Finance / Vehicle Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle legal documentation and agreement verification
- Follow up legal recovery and court matters
- Coordinate with advocates and legal agencies
- Draft legal notices and maintain case records
- Support repossession and settlement cases
- Ensure compliance with company legal policies
Requirements:
- Graduate / LLB preferred
- Experience in finance or NBFC sector preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of recovery and legal procedures
