Dietician – Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, retention, and client regularity targets.
- Deliver optimum weight-loss, wellness, and body transformation outcomes.
- Maximize package completion rates and minimize client dropouts.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and retail product sales.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and referral generation.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and convert inquiries into treatment and wellness programs.
- Recommend suitable slimming, wellness, and nutrition packages based on client needs.
- Achieve individual and center sales targets through effective counseling and relationship building.
- Drive package upgrades, renewals, cross-selling, and retail product sales.
- Follow up with prospective, irregular, and dormant clients to improve conversions and retention.
- Participate in promotional activities, health camps, corporate wellness programs, and marketing initiatives.
Technical Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed nutritional assessments, body composition analysis, and lifestyle evaluations.
- Design customized diet plans and evidence-based nutrition programs.
- Monitor client progress through regular reviews, measurements, and outcome tracking.
- Provide nutritional counseling, behavior modification support, and wellness education.
- Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and therapists to deliver integrated client care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling, treatment planning, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure timely completion of consultations, reviews, and progress assessments.
- Handle client concerns and service recovery to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and software updates.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, and departmental hygiene standards.
- Organize wellness events, client engagement activities, and awareness programs.
Leadership & Team Responsibilities
- Support and guide therapists and wellness staff to achieve service and business targets.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure effective implementation of corporate policies, SOPs, and training initiatives.
- Analyze business and service delivery metrics and implement improvement plans.
Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture within the center.
