Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to EV charging solutions and services
- Explain product features, pricing, and installation process to potential customers
- Generate and maintain qualified leads database
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers
- Coordinate with the technical and field team for site visits and installations
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic presentations
- Maintain proper CRM records and daily sales reports
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & basic English required)
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and email communication
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple and convincing manner
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
