Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability across warehouses/RPCs.
- Plan replenishment based on sales trends, demand forecasting, and stock movement.
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor dispatch operations and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Prepare MIS reports on inventory, order status, dispatch performance, and stock accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving stock.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Understanding of inventory management, logistics, and dispatch operations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate (Commerce preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in Inventory Management, Dispatch Planning, Order Processing, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
