About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the launch, growth, and long-term success of our new salon brand. The CEO will be responsible for defining the brand strategy, establishing operational excellence, driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all salon locations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, proven experience in the beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or consumer services industry, and the ability to scale a brand from inception to a market-leading business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, business strategy, and growth roadmap.
- Lead the successful launch and expansion of the salon brand across targeted markets.
- Build and strengthen the brand positioning, customer experience, and service standards.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Establish operational policies, SOPs, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and financial strategies while ensuring effective cost management.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, franchise models, and expansion strategies.
- Build, mentor, and lead the executive leadership team and foster a high-performance organizational culture.
- Oversee marketing, branding, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives in collaboration with functional heads.
- Monitor key business metrics, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across all locations.
- Drive innovation by introducing new services, technology, digital initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 12–18+ years of overall leadership experience.
- Minimum 7 years in a senior executive role (CEO, COO, Business Head, Managing Director, or equivalent).
- Experience in the salon, beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, luxury services, or consumer-facing industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, or managing multi-location businesses.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
