Role Objective:
As a Territory Sales Incharge (TSI), you will be the primary point of contact between Vivien Bio and the local farming community. Your goal is to build brand awareness, provide technical support to farmers, and expand the company’s market share in your assigned territory
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Farmer Outreach
New Territory Development: Identify potential aquaculture hubs and onboard new farmers and dealers to the Vivien Bio network.
Field Visits: Conduct daily field visits to fish and shrimp ponds to understand ground-level challenges.
Product Promotion: Educate farmers on the benefits of Vivien Bio feed and supplements over competitors.
2. Technical Support & Consulting
Feed Management: Guide farmers on proper feeding schedules and feed conversion ratios (FCR) to maximize their harvest.
Water Quality Monitoring: Assist farmers in testing water parameters and recommending Vivien Bio products to maintain a healthy pond environment.
Problem Solving: Act as the first responder for farmers facing issues with growth rates or pond health.
3. Sales & Collections
Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for feed and probiotic volumes.
Order Management: Coordinate with the team head to ensure timely delivery of stock to dealers and farms.
Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and farmers.
4. Marketing & Reporting
Farmer Meetings: Organize and lead small group "Pond-side Meetings" to demonstrate product results.
Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches in the aquaculture industry.
Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales leads, and farmer feedback for management review.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
