Sales Executives in this role specialize in partnering with contractors to sell deep cleaning services to their clients as an add on service, while offering supplementary labor solutions like outside helpers, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters if require to help the Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and build relationships with contractors via local networking in Kannur, site visits, trade associations, and referrals to understand their project timelines and client needs.
- Promote deep cleaning services tailored for contractors' end-clients (e.g., post-construction cleanup), and pitch add-on labor resources such as helpers, electricians, plumbers, or other experts if needed.
- Conduct site assessments, deliver customized proposals and quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals by coordinating service delivery with contractors' schedules.
- Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction, gather testimonials, and secure repeat business or referrals to expand the contractor network.
- Track all leads, interactions, and sales in a CRM, aiming to meet monthly/quarterly targets focused on contractor-sourced revenue.
What we expect our Candidate should have
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in which the candidate brings results to the company
- Strong networking skills for contractor relationships; knowledge of construction industry needs, deep cleaning processes, and skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) (We will also give you training).
- Excellent communication in English and Malayalam; proficiency in basic tools like Google Workspace or simple CRM; local travel capability with a two-wheeler or driver's license.
- Results-driven, with resilience for field sales and a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹57,010.08 per month
