Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining customer databases, follow-ups, complaint resolution, and improving overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments for smooth customer service.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, feedback, and service updates.
- Generate CRM reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in service processes.
- Ensure timely response and professional communication with clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
