The School Administrator is responsible for overseeing daily school operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting staff and students, and maintaining effective communication between parents, teachers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student admissions, registrations, and records
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and documentation
- Coordinate with teachers for schedules, exams, and events
- Handle parent communication (meetings, inquiries, updates)
- Supervise office operations and administrative staff
- Assist in budgeting, fee collection, and financial records
- Ensure compliance with education policies and regulations
- Organize school events, meetings, and activities
- Maintain inventory of school supplies and assets
- Support implementation of school management systems (e.g., Fedena School ERP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related field
- 2–5 years of administrative experience (school experience preferred
