1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Define brand identity, tone, and messaging for kidswear segment
- Ensure consistent branding across website and social platforms
2. E-commerce & Marketplace Management
- Work closely with team of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Optimize product listings, images, A+ content, and brand stores
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (sales, deals, seasonal launches)
3. Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across:
- Social media (Instagram, Facebook)
- Collaborate with influencers, parenting communities, and bloggers
4. Product & Collection Launches
- Coordinate with design and merchandising teams for new collections
- Plan go-to-market (GTM) strategies for seasonal launches
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis in kids fashion
5. Content & Creative Direction
- Lead photoshoots, campaign creatives, and catalog styling
- Ensure high-quality visual storytelling aligned with brand positioning
- Manage content calendar for digital platforms
6. Customer Insights & Analytics
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and ROI
- Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and product offerings
- Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and brand recall
Key Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing (preferably in apparel or kids category)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem & D2C brands
- Experience in handling digital campaigns
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in kidswear / fashion brands
- Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing & content strategy
- Understanding of consumer behavior in parenting/kids segment
