About the Role
Are you passionate about performance marketing and scaling successful ad campaigns?
We are looking for a highly motivated Meta Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of optimizing campaigns to generate leads, sales, and maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Plan and execute campaigns for Lead Generation, Sales, Brand Awareness, and Engagement
Conduct audience research and create Custom, Lookalike, and Retargeting Audiences
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets effectively
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies
Analyze campaign metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and Conversion Rate
Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Event Tracking
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and landing page requirements
Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with Meta platform changes, digital marketing trends, and competitor strategies
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives
Required Skills
Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Lead Generation and eCommerce campaigns
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Event Tracking
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journeys
Experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting dashboards
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and lead generation results
Experience working with eCommerce, Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, or Service-based businesses
Strong problem-solving and optimization skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
