We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Location: Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from understanding requirements to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of Non-IT Engineering roles (Electrical/Electronics, IOT, and Automation, Sales) and IT (Developers, Engineers, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
- Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment reports.
- Manage recruitment vendors and internal databases to ensure quality sourcing pipelines.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, covering both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Proven success in handling volume and niche hiring mandates.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using job portals, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
