Purchase Order Maker
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Order Maker to manage and process purchase orders efficiently in our procurement system. You should be organized, accurate, and familiar with procurement documentation and processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) in SAP as per requirements
- Verify purchase requisitions, quotations, and approvals before PO creation
- Ensure accurate entry of pricing, quantity, and vendor details
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all purchase orders
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice and payment processes
- Generate reports related to purchase orders and procurement activities
- Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate records
Skill sets/Experience we require:
- Experience in purchase order processing or procurement support
- Familiarity with SAP system
- Understanding of procurement processes and documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory processes
Pedigree:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent
- Relevant experience in procurement or purchase order management preferred
