What would you do? Designs, builds, and optimizes customer journeys within the CX Hub (Project Marlin), enabling scalable lifecycle execution across channels Partners with onshore stakeholders to translate journey intent into compliant, measurable orchestration—supporting a ‘run-and-transform’ pathway through standardization and automation. The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.
What are we looking for? Qualification: Graduate • Hands-on experience with journey orchestration tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, SFMC, Braze or equivalent) • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and measurement fundamentals • Working knowledge of consent, preference management, and compliance controls in customer communications • Comfort operating in a hub model with structured documentation, approvals, and SLA-based delivery
Roles and Responsibilities: • Translate journey requirements into executable designs and configurations aligned to CX Hub governance and approvals • Build journeys in marketing automation / orchestration platforms, including triggers, decisioning, personalization, and channel sequencing • Partner with data/analytics teams to apply segmentation and measurement, ensuring journeys are trackable and KPI-aligned • Coordinate testing and release readiness with QA to ensure First Time Right delivery • Monitor journey performance and recommend optimizations; contribute to standard playbooks and automation opportunities
