- Counsel patients regarding treatments, procedures, and healthcare services.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, billing, insurance, and payment options clearly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff for smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain patient records and update CRM/HMIS systems accurately.
- Schedule appointments, treatment sessions, and follow-up consultations.
- Support patient conversion and retention through relationship management.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with clinic policies.
- Follow up with missed appointments and pending treatments.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
