We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain who can lead service operations and ensure excellent guest experience.
Position: Restaurant Captain
Location: Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom & Kowdiar, Trivandrum
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as Captain / Senior Steward
- Strong leadership & team handling skills
- Good communication and customer service
- Experience in busy restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to manage floor and staff efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily restaurant floor operations
- Supervise stewards and service staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with kitchen and management
- Maintain discipline and service standards
