Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Land Acquisition Executive to identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in land sourcing, owner negotiations, due diligence coordination, and end-to-end land acquisition activities within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source land parcels suitable for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and perform preliminary assessments of potential land opportunities.
- Negotiate with landowners and facilitate successful land acquisition transactions.
- Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Finance, and Liaison teams for due diligence, title verification, documentation, and transaction closure.
- Evaluate land value, market trends, development potential, and commercial feasibility.
- Prepare land proposals, acquisition reports, and cost estimates for management review.
- Coordinate agreement execution, registration, and payment processes.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective land opportunities and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies throughout the acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Law, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Land Acquisition, Land Sourcing, or Business Development within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience in identifying and negotiating land acquisition opportunities.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Residential, Plotted Development, Township, or Commercial Real Estate Projects.
- Good knowledge of the Chennai and Tamil Nadu real estate market.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
- Candidates currently residing in Chennai will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
