Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer database.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize conversions.
- Ensure prompt and professional customer communication.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, GRE, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
