Design functional and aesthetic interior spaces for residential, commercial, and retail projects. Work with clients from concept to execution while coordinating with the site team to ensure design intent is delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and preferences. Present design concepts and mood boards. Design & Planning: Develop layout plans, 2D drawings, 3D visuals, and material palettes. Prepare furniture layouts, lighting plans, and color schemes. Technical Documentation: Create working drawings, elevations, joinery details, and BOQs. Ensure designs are feasible for site execution. Material & Brand Selection: Source materials, finishes, furniture, fabrics, and accessories. Coordinate with vendors and refer to brand catalogues for specifications. Project Coordination: Liaise with site supervisors, carpenters, civil, electrical, and MEP teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conduct site visits to check progress and quality. Budget & Costing: Prepare estimates and value-engineer designs without compromising aesthetics. Track material costs and client approvals. Presentations: Create proposals, presentations, and visualizations for client sign-off at each stage. Execution Support: Resolve on-site design queries, handle revisions, and ensure timely handover as per project schedule.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
