key responsibilities :
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, and shape steel components according to specifications.
- Fabricate mild steel (MS) and stainless steel (SS) structures and components.
- Assemble fabricated parts using welding, bolting, or fastening methods.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as cutting machines, drilling machines, grinders, and bending machines safely.
- Perform MIG, TIG, or Arc welding (depending on skill level and project requirements).
- Inspect fabricated components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, Vernier calipers, and angle gauges.
- Ensure proper finishing of fabricated parts by grinding, deburring, and polishing.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within deadlines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in good condition.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate with supervisors, welders, and assembly teams for smooth production.
- Report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Fabricate lift frames, cabin structures, doors, brackets, and support components.
- Ensure fabricated parts meet engineering drawings and quality standards for home lift manufacturing.
- Assist in prototype fabrication and product development when required.
- Work closely with the welding, painting, and assembly teams to ensure seamless production.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per hour
